The Industrial Epoxy Resin Coating Line is an advanced pipeline coating system designed to apply high-performance epoxy protective layers on steel pipes used in oil & gas, water transmission, petrochemical, offshore, district heating, and industrial pipeline projects. This coating technology provides exceptional corrosion resistance, chemical protection, mechanical durability, and long-term service life for steel pipes operating in harsh environments. The system is widely used for both internal and external pipe coating applications and can be integrated with FBE, Liquid Epoxy, 3LPE, and 3LPP coating systems. Modern epoxy coating production lines are engineered with automated control systems, precise spraying technology, heating units, curing sections, and pipe conveying mechanisms to ensure stable coating quality and high production efficiency.
The Epoxy Resin Coating Line works through a complete automated process that includes surface preparation, pipe heating, epoxy application, curing, cooling, inspection, and pipe transfer. The process begins with shot blasting or sand blasting to remove rust, scale, oil, and impurities from the steel pipe surface. After cleaning, the pipe is heated to the required temperature using induction heating systems or gas heating furnaces. The epoxy resin material - either powder epoxy (FBE) or liquid epoxy - is then applied evenly onto the pipe surface through electrostatic spray guns or liquid spraying systems. The coating chemically bonds with the steel surface and forms a strong anti-corrosion protective layer. After coating, the pipe passes through curing and cooling systems to achieve complete coating solidification and adhesion. Finally, inspection systems check coating thickness, adhesion quality, surface smoothness, and defect detection before the finished pipes are transferred for storage or further processing.
