Prefabricated Direct-Buried Insulated Pipes with Electric Fusion Sleeves
1. PE electric fusion sleeves are made from high-quality PE sheets, laminated with a nickel-chromium alloy heating grid at high temperatures. Custom colors and size are available.
2. High connection strength. These electric fusion pipe fittings are specifically designed for pipe joints during pipeline construction. They are particularly suitable for heating networks and crude oil pipelines.
3. They seamlessly bond pipes, melting the material surface at high temperatures to achieve seamless connections between steel and polyethylene pipes, forming a strong, molecularly permeable bond. They offer excellent corrosion resistance and airtightness, isolating pipes from external factors such as oxygen and moisture, extending their service life, enhancing structural stability, and improving the ring stiffness and shear resistance of pipe joints. They can withstand complex environments such as soil stress and mechanical vibration.
It is usually wider than that for metal reinforced corrugated pipe.
It is a kind of connecting pipe fitting where is widely used on anti-corrosion, especially on HDPE Hollow Wall Spiral Pipes / Directly buried pre-insulated pipes / Directly buried metal reinforced corrugated pipes field joint.
